Dale is a growth-oriented healthcare executive and seasoned board director with a proven record of advancing start-up and multi-billion-dollar organizations in the U.S. and internationally. Dale received his MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and his Bachelor’s degree in Medical Sociology from the University of Illinois. More recently, he completed the "Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare" certificate programs at both Stanford and MIT.
In addition to his role as CEO of MedPGx, Dale serves as a Board Director to CureMatch and a Strategic Advisor to CureMetrix, both are artificial intelligence companies advancing cancer detection and treatment. He also is a Strategic Advisor to Dynam. AI.
In 2018, Dale accepted the role of CEO of MedImpact Healthcare Systems after 15 years with the company; and in 2019 added the president’s responsibilities, which included leading the company’s subsidiaries: MedImpact International, MedImpact Direct, ScriptSave, and SUNRx (340B). Dale also served on the boards of MedImpact Holdings, MedImpact International, and MedImpact Arabia. Additionally, Dale served on the Board of Ardon Health a leading Specialty Pharmacy, and served on the Board of PCMA with other PBM industry CEOs. Dale has held various leadership roles at Humana, CVS Caremark, Express Scripts, and Cardinal Health.
Bill is a prominent and impactful PBM Industry leader with 30+ years of experience. He is a patent holder of innovations that have shaped how pharmacy benefits and care are delivered across the industry today. Bill served as a Board of Trustee Member for NCPDP 2016-2020 and earlier received his BS in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Services.
Prior to co-founding MedPGx, Bill served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Achieve Health Management specializing in Remote Patient Monitoring and Covid Testing Programs.
Previously, Bill served as EVP Business Development for Citizens Rx; and during his 15 years career at MedImpact Bill was responsible for pharmacy network relations as well as new program development, which included being MedImpact's executive sponsor in the creation of both Blink Health and GoodRx. Bill also designed MedImpact Direct a unique multi-pharmacy fulfillment program for both mail and specialty pharmacy. At Target Pharmacy, Bill was responsible for managed care contracting and pharmacy business programs. He was a key executive in Target's growth from 125 to over 1500 retail pharmacy locations.
